Student Secretariat
The Student Office is the point of reference for the entire student community of the University, offering support and assistance for every phase of the academic journey. The Office guarantees information and a dedicated service to respond to questions and needs. The qualified staff is available to assist students with professionalism and competence, providing clear and timely answers on registrations, exams, university fees, certifications and international mobility opportunities.
Central Secretariat
The Student Career Management Enrollment Office carries out information and certification issuing activities and takes care of the management of student careers with the following procedures:
- registration;
- online registration;
- enrolment of foreign, EU and non-EU students;
- enrollment in degree courses and individual courses;
- single courses;
- enrollment after a period of interruption, evaluation of previous studies, admission in possession of another academic qualification, including foreign, transfers and transfers; withdrawal from studies; registration of profit exams; collaboration with institutions for the right to study; procedures for admission to the final degree exam; delivery of academic qualifications.

Student Secretariat Office Opening Hours
The Office is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30.
Registrations 2024/2025
To begin the registration procedure you must first register by selecting the Registration function from the top right menu: it only takes 3 minutes and a few clicks.
Once you have finished entering your data, the Username and Password you have chosen will be displayed. Perform the " Login " by entering the username and password you just acquired.
On the top right menu click on Secretariat then Enrolment and follow the procedure.
For those who have Cineca - Esse3 credentials, click on the Login menu on the right.
Payment procedure
At the end of the registration procedure, it is also possible to pay the first instalment via bank transfer.
