Wi-Fi
EduRoam (Education Roaming) is a service that offers secure wireless access to the GARR network. Guest users visiting an institute federated with EduRoam are able to access the University wireless network (WIFI) using their own institute credentials (username and password), without the need for further formalities at the host facility.
Access to the Wi-Fi network
The University of Enna Kore has recently joined the EduRoam federation, in fact a new SSID eduroam is visible whose access methods are the same as Unikore.
EduRoam allows:
guest users of a federated institution to access the university network with their own credentials provided to them by their institution
users of the University of Enna Kore to be able to access the network of other institutes using their University credentials.
EduRoam is an infrastructure based on a server RADIUS network that uses 802.1x, in particular Unikore supports the EAP-TTLS-PAP and PEAP-MSCHAPv2 methods, to use it, the instructions for accessing the Unikore network are valid.

Outside of campus Unikore, University of Enna users must add the domain @unikore.it (a000001@unikore.it) to their “Username” of their University credentials.
