Board, lodging, and transportation

Board and Lodging

Kore University is not directly involved in managing student residences and university canteens. This responsibility falls under ERSU (Regional Agency for the Right to University Education), which annually offers housing opportunities for students and establishes agreements with restaurants to provide university canteens.

All students can apply for selection to receive university housing [click here to learn more about university housing allocation]. As for the canteens, all students are entitled to lunch and dinner at reduced costs [click here to learn more about university canteen fees].

Students with very low income who qualify for university housing will have near-zero maintenance costs.

Transportation

The university campus, home to the most attended faculties, is directly connected to Enna’s urban public transport network, with links to all districts of the upper city and the Pergusa village.

A continuous shuttle bus service, managed by the University, ensures transportation between the main campus and the Santa Panasia Scientific and Technological Hub, where the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery is located.

The Enna Bassa intercity bus station is just a three-minute walk from the Library and the Rectorate. This station provides connections to major cities in Sicily, Italy, and Central Europe. Some regional bus lines also have stops directly in front of the university faculties.

The Enna railway station, located outside the city center, offers fast connections to Palermo and Catania and regional links to other destinations.
