Statute and Regulations
The Statute and the Regulations describe what UKE is, what principles its organisation is based on, how each of its bodies and structures functions, and what procedures are followed to manage all processes.
The Statute of a university is the maximum expression of its autonomy, which in Italy is protected by art. 33 of the Constitution and by the laws and other regulations that refer to it.
As for all other recognized universities, the Statute of the Kore University of Enna is also published in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic, after being issued following the examination of legitimacy and merit by the competent Minister.
The latest version of the UKE Statute was published in the Official Gazette on 18 September 2023.
