KUSNet for Research and Teacher Training is a network of Sicilian schools promoted by the Faculty of Classical, Linguistic, and Educational Studies at UKE, under the aegis of the Regional School Office for Sicily, with the aim of strengthening the synergistic relationship between schools and universities.
The network includes first-cycle educational institutions that are already accredited by the Regional School Office for Sicily for carrying out the mandatory training internship activities required in the educational path of the Single-Cycle Master’s Degree in Primary Education Sciences, in agreement with the Kore University of Enna.
Due to its specific characteristics, the degree program benefits, at various levels, from the invaluable and active collaboration of school principals and teachers working in the corresponding primary and early childhood schools.
In the project designed by this Faculty, the establishment of the network is intended as the creation and participation in a community of practice that shares its wealth of knowledge and expertise. Within this framework, the training internship experience of our students takes place.
