These are the assumptions with which Kore presents itself to companies as a strategic partner to carry out, together, joint research, development and innovation activities, putting into practice its experiences and excellence gained in specific research fields (laboratory tests, third-party contracts, research of technological partnerships, etc.).

The dialogue between Kore and businesses will thus be able to promote greater entrepreneurship and a greater transfer of knowledge towards businesses, especially for small ones that often do not have the possibility and resources to access sources of advanced knowledge, thus encouraging the creation of stable partnerships in order to respond more quickly to the opportunities offered by calls for access to public funding.

Funding research and training

The services promoted by the UKE PASS Centre can represent an opportunity for companies to:

• Host a student and train him through careful evaluation and gradual acquisition of skills and functions relevant to the professional role that the student will have to cover at the end of his university course and before a possible job placement within the company staff;
• Receive new stimuli from graduates, thus being able to intercept trends and changes in progress;
• Have new creative resources.

In particular, the UKE PASS Center:

• It deals with services related to orientation and curricular training internships, internships and high-level apprenticeships;
• Promotes and organizes “MEET UPs”, meetings with companies interested in recruiting initiatives and job and career orientation workshops;
• It manages relationships with companies and public and private institutions aimed at promoting the meeting between job supply and demand.

The Company that intends to start a collaboration with Kore for the use of the internship services of orientation and curricular training and internship must follow the procedure for activating Internship and internship agreements.

In order to facilitate the match between job supply and demand, the UKE PASS offers companies the opportunity to request certain professional figures in order to include them in their staff.
